Suspicious fire in east London sets boat, camper ablaze

The London Fire Department is calling an early morning fire that destroyed a trailer and a boat suspicious and said police are investigating.

Fire crews were called to 531 First Street, north of Dundas, at 6:30 a.m. Monday where the fire was burning in the parking lot of a warehouse.

The loss of the boat and camper trailer was likely worth $100,000 in damages, the London Fire Department said.

A fire prevention investigator remained on site to help investigate the incident.
