Pumper will be based in Byng Inlet
The Britt and Area Fire Department will soon have a new pumper truck on the roads.
The department took possession on Feb. 20 of the truck, which is a replacement for an older truck based out of Station 2 in Byng Inlet.
The pumper is now being equipped and firefighters are being trained in its use, according to the department's Facebook page.
