No injuries were reported after a fire at a trailer park in North Dumfries.
The trailer fire was reported Wednesday morning shortly after 11 a.m. on Whistle Bare Road.
*401 callers to 570 NewsRadio said smoke could be seen as far away as the Doon area of Kitchener.
Initially, Waterloo regional police said the fire was at a campground and that no one was hurt.
Deputy Chief Eric Yates with the North Dumfries Fire Department later said crews responded to a trailer fire located in a trailer park.
Crews were able to extinguish the blaze but not before flames extended to additional trailers which were parked in a storage area.
As of Wednesday afternoon, Yates said the cause of the fire had not yet been determined.
