A Kitchener woman is facing an arson charge in connection to a storage facility fire in October that caused $500,000 in damage.
On October 8, emergency services responded to the report of a fire at a building near Hayward and Hanson avenues in the Alpine neighbourhood in Kitchener.
No injuries were reported, and the fire was investigated by the office of the Ontario Fire Marshal, the Kitchener Fire Department ad the Waterloo Regional Police.
On Jan. 9, a 49-year-old Kitchener woman was arrested and charged with arson.
