The roof and attic of a building on Bridge Street East are damaged after a fire.
It broke out around 4 o’clock Tuesday morning.
Bancroft Deputy Fire Chief Matt Musclow says there were no injuries and the cause is not yet known.
Police were on the scene, but only to direct traffic.
