Please note to add any of the below calendar invites to the Outlook App follow these steps:

1. Download the iCal option.
2. The downloaded file will appear in the top right corner of your screen. Open the file. 
3. Go to your outlook app - a pop up from Microsoft Office may appear - click yes. 
4. Calendar invite will appear. Click save and close. 

 

Chiefs Welcome Reception

Date and Time: Wednesday, April 30, 2025 from 5pm to 7pm

Cost: Complimentary to conference attendees 

Location: Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites 

 

Reception on the Trade Show Floor

Date and Time: Thursday, May 1, 2025 from 4pm to 8pm

Cost: Complimentary

Location: Trade Show Floor, International Centre *shuttles will be running to and from the International Centre to the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites*

 

Memorial Service and Reception

Date and Time: Friday, May 2, 2025 from 4:30pm to 6:30pm

Cost: Complimentary

Location: Aviation Ballroom, Hall 5, International Centre *shuttles will be running to and from the International Centre to the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel & Suites*

The OAFC Memorial Service is an annual event held to honour the chief officers who have passed away since our last conference. It is an extremely moving service. A reception will follow the service.

The attire is full dress uniform or business dress.
