One person was airlifted to hospital in critical condition after a fire broke out just outside of Erin, Sunday evening. People in that area told Guelph Eramosa Fire officials that they heard what sounded like an explosion around 5 p.m.

One person is dead after a fire on the 12th floor of a downtown Hamilton apartment building.

A 92-year-old man has died in an evening fire at a Carlington area apartment. Ottawa Fire received multiple 911 calls around 6:30 p.m. Tuesday reporting heavy smoke and flames coming from the rear of a building on Emperor Avenue.
