The Nipissing West detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police is investigating a suspicious fire, which was reported in River Valley.
Nipissing West OPP, along with the River Valley Fire Protection Team and Field Township Fire Department, responded to a vehicle fire at a business on Highway 539A on June 14 shortly after 12 a.m.
Two people were observed traveling on an All-Terrain-Vehicle (ATV), then approached the vehicle and started the fire, there were no injuries reported.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation and officers are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individuals involved.
