MPDS Implementation Panel - 11am 

The Province of Ontario is in the process of moving from the Dispatch Priority Card Index (DPCI) ambulance dispatch triage tool to the Medical Priority Dispatch System (MPDS) ambulance dispatch triage tool. This change will impact fire department tiered response programs, and OAFC members should be interested in what the change means and how they may need to prepare.

The OAFC previously hosted an Online Learning Series on Tiered Response Programs, Simultaneous Notification and MPDS, but now that the broader transition to MPDS is underway, at our next Online Learning Series on Tuesday September 24 at 11:00am we will be assembling a panel of Chiefs who have gone through this transition to learn what the implementation process was like for them, and to learn from their experiences.
