Trade Show Registration

Trade Show space is now available to be booked on a first come, first served basis.

During registration, exhibitors may request a specific booth location. While we cannot guarantee placement, we will do our best to accommodate requests based on availability.

All Trade Show registrations must be submitted and paid for through the online registration portal. We are unable to accept registrations by email.

If you require additional exhibitor services through the Niagara Falls Convention Centre, including services such as electrical, food and beverage services or other venue requirements, you will be directed to the appropriate Niagara Falls Convention Centre link during the registration process.

AGM Registration

A variety of registration packages are available, allowing you to select the option that best suits your schedule and needs.

Inclusive registration packages include your hotel accommodations, meaning you will not need to book a hotel room separately if you select one of these packages.

For those selecting a registration option that does not include accommodations, a block of rooms is available at our host hotel, the Hilton Niagara Falls/Fallsview Hotel & Suites.
